Usage

• Dishwashing:Dispense directly from shipping container are achieved with water temperatures between 60-70 degrees C (140-160 degrees F). Concentration should be at 100 ppm
• Glasswashing:Dispense directly from container into the washer by the automatic system on the glass washer or by a feed system at 2.5ml per Lt. (1/2oz per gallon) of water. Rinse warewash items with potable water.
•  Automatic Hood Cleaning System:Use in automatic systems for cleaning carbon, fats and greas e from exhaust hoods in restaurants.
•  Surfaces subject to direct food contact should be thoroughly rinsed with potable water.Consult your PRO-WELL representative for specific feeding recommendations to meet your particular needs.
